Payment is due at the time of registration.

What meals are included?
Continental Breakfast: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
Breaks with refreshments: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
Lunch: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
Reception with light hors d'oeuvres and drinks: Monday and Tuesday

What about accommodations?
ENGAGE311 has set aside a discounted room block at the Hilton Fort Worth. To take advantage of this discounted rate and for more information on the hotel, please visit our Accommodations
page. Do not hesitate to book your room as this block will fill up quickly and there are a limited number of rooms available at this venue.
What should I PACK?
All attendees are encouraged to dress business casual. Meeting rooms are generally kept cooler, so a sweater or light jacket may be useful during general sessions. Phoenix is also known as a walking city so don't forget to pack some comfortable shoes for your leisure time. We also recommend bringing plenty of business cards for networking and sponsor raffle drawings.
If you have any special needs, disabilities, and/or dietary restrictions that we may address to make your participation at our event more enjoyable, please let us know at the time of registration on your form.
Delegate Substitutions and Cancellations
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations received in writing by the registrar before May 1, 2020 will receive full refund of registration fees, less a $75 administrative processing charge. Cancellations received on or after May 1, 2020 will not receive a refund. Substitutions will be accepted. All eligible refunds will be processed after conference.
