Tulsa 311 was announced as the winner and recipient of the 2017 Award of Excellence, given by CS Week 311 at their annual ENGAGE311 Conference. Denver 311 was additionally announced as a finalist for the 2017 Award of Excellence. Both of these centers were recognized for excellence in 311 service, performance and delivery during 2016-2017. Applicants competed for the award across four categories: teamwork, process improvements, service delivery and innovation technology.
