Q2: What’s new for ‘22?

Answer:

  1. Deep Dives offer focused presentations and discussion around today’s hottest topics during a 3-hour morning session on Friday, 5/6/22. Four topics will anchor 2022: FBI: Cyber Security, Customer Assistance, Talent Management and Revenue Protection. For a nominal fee, utility and vendor attendees can gather, listen, share and gain new perspectives.

Q3: How is CS Week addressing pandemic-related safety and security concerns?

Answer: Like the Tampa Convention Center, the Phoenix Convention Center is accredited as a GBAC (Global BioRisk Advisory Council) Star Facility.  Effective 9/7/21, the PCC set its capacity at 100%. Face coverings are recommended but not required indoors, per the CDC guidelines, regardless of vaccination status. All City of Phoenix and service provider employees are required to wear face coverings indoors regardless of vaccination status, effective 8/2/21. PCC is committed to ensuring attendee safety by maintaining the highest standards in the industry for cleaning and disinfecting to mitigate the spread of infectious viruses.

Masks will be available at CS Week Registration. Attendees are encouraged to consider others’ personal space, health and safety as they engage in conversations and activities.

Q4: When should I arrive for CS Week 2022?

Answer: Check out Plan Your Week and see how CS Week’s venues are scheduled to maximize attendance. Come for one venue, stay for another!

Whether traveling by air, train or car, visit 2022 Agenda for the venues/events you want to attend.
