What is CS Week?

CS Week is a non-profit educational conference company that serves utility professionals at electric, gas and water/wastewater utilities across North America and around the world.

CS Week is also the name of the premier annual conference of venues that provides learning and networking opportunities in support of the utility customer service lifecycle:  Analytics, Billing & Payments, Digital Customer Engagement, Contact Center, Credit & Collections, Field Customer Service and Strategies & Management.

WHAT MAKES CS WEEK DIFFERENT?

CS Week content is created by utility people for utility people. Course offerings range from solid, basic information for supervisors or managers taking on new responsibilities to the latest complexities facing customer service functions in an ever changing technological world. CS Week is about learning, networking, and maximizing opportunities outside the office.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR CS WEEK?

There is no dress code. Casual business attire is the best description for what attendees generally wear, who also bear in mind conference facilities with tendencies towards cool HVAC.  Some speakers and executives wear a suit or sports jacket.

HOW CAN I BECOME A PRESENTER AT CS WEEK?

The annual Call for Presentations is issued each summer to seek out the most pressing, current and richest course content and speakers. The Call is posted on our website, on our Facebook page and in the summer issue of our quarterly publication, CS Week Newsline  .
