 2009 Award Winners
The winning teams
will be recognized in the Thursday morning General
Session. They will be expected to be in the CS Week
booth in the Exhibit Hall Thursday afternoon from 2:00 -
3:00 to answer questions and discuss their project with
attendees.
Winners will be required to develop a
presentation on their project for a Friday morning
workshop. The pairing of the two winning utilities in
each category creates three Expanding Excellence
workshops and provides an opportunity for other customer
service professionals to learn from the successes and
innovations of their peers.
Winners will be featured in
the summer issue of CS Week Newsline. Both CS
Week and Electric Light & Power will broadcast news
releases on the winners to their databases. |
