Greening the Billing-to-Cash Process

Lisa Carloni, Director, Billing, Meter Reading Management and Business Planning, NSTAR

This session explores the technologies and best practices associated with greening the entire billing process. Session will explore electronic solutions for returned mail, document management, and bill management. Session will include a review of the new secure digital mailbox services and how they may impact the future of the bill to cash process.

Lisa is the Director of Billing, Meter Reading Management and Business Planning. Lisa has been with NSTAR for over 25 years. She started with the gas company and became Director of Marketing. At NSTAR she was Director of Energy Efficiency and then Director of Business Planning. In 2009, this position was combined with Billing and Metering to create her current role.
