served as the Customer Care Quality Manager,
Director of IT Project Management Office,
and internal Consultant. She has worked in
the utility industry for 20 years, spanning
many areas including engineering, business
planning, and information technology. A
certified Project Management Professional,
Gutierrez earned her Bachelor of Science in
Industrial Engineering and Mast of Science
in Operations Research/ Industrial

President of Revenue Services for Duke
Energy. He is responsible for providing
billing, payment processing, accounts
receivable, an customer choice services to 4
million Midwest and Carolinas customers.
Rainear's 25 years of utility experience
span revenue and customer services, IT, CIS,
distribution engineering, an distribution
operations. Jim has a BSEE from Clemson
University, an MBA from Queens University of
Charlotte, and is a registered professional
engineer in both Carolinas. |
