Remittance Processing Center Tour

When we say everything is new at CS Week 2008, that sense of change and new perspective continues through to a new resource on Friday’s call center tours. Alliance Data is welcoming interested CS Week participants to tour their massive remittance center.

This tour will highlight Alliance Data’s ability to provide an end-to-end solution including high speed extraction, scanning, keying, and exceptions item handling.

From receipt of mail to bank deposit, Alliance Data’s Remittance Processing Center provides full lockbox remittance processing services for over 100 clients, including many utility companies. The site processes all mail payment types and provides image archiving and daily settlement and reconciliation.

Their platform supports Accounts Receivable Conversion (ARC), Check 21 (image enabled) and other advanced features requested by their clients. The 67,500 sq. ft. facility was built specifically for remittance processing and has been in continuous operation since 1982. Alliance Data processes 80 million payments per year representing deposits of over $7 billion annually.

The Alliance Data Remittance Processing Center is enthusiastic about showing off the services and capabilities that contribute to exceptional customer service, but has a limit of how many conference attendees they can accommodate.
