What is CS Week?

CS Week is a non-profit educational conference company that serves utility professionals at electric, gas and water/wastewater utilities across North America and around the world.

CS Week is also the name of the premier annual conference for customer engagement and smart infrastructure excellence.

What does CS Week offer?

What makes CS Week different?

CS Week course content is created by utility people for utility people. Course offerings range from solid, basic information for supervisors or managers taking over new responsibilities to the newest complexities facing customer service functions in a Smart Infrastructure world.

What is the dress code for CS Week?

There is no dress code. Casual business attire is probably the best description for what attendees generally wear. CS Week is about learning, networking and maximizing your time out of the office, although some speakers and executives wear a suit or sports jacket.

How can I become a presenter at CS Week?

An annual Call for Presentations is issued each summer as we search for the most pressing, most current and richest course content and speakers. The Call for Presentations is posted on our website; on our Facebook page; and in the summer issue of our quarterly publication, CS Week Newsline.
