Welcome to the new CS Week website. 2012 marks our 36th years as the utility customer service education conference that delivers the information working professionals need.

CS Week is the premier customer service/smart infrastructure utility education conference for managers and executives. It includes CS Week Executive Summit, CS Week Colleges, the CS Week Synergy Groups, Conference 36 with its 60+ workshops and the largest Exhibit Hall in utility customer service, IT and Smart Infrastructure. The annual Expanding Excellence Awards celebrate superlative projects in CIS implementation, Smart Infrastructure projects and innovations in customer service.

We have grown and changed through the years to provide utility professionals at every level with current, applicable information for the challenges your electric, gas or water/wastewater utility is facing. Our focus is on the meter-to-cash business segment of investor owned utilities, cooperatives, municipalities and government entities in North America and worldwide. The scope of our workshops, colleges and groups expands every year thanks to the vision and energy of our Board of Directors and Planning Committee - all working utility professionals - who understand the relationship between credit & collections, CSRs, billing & payments, field service, call centers and the new technologies and how they work together for customer satisfaction.

Utilities are still feeling the impact of the economic upheaval, even as you plan for a radically new future. Education, benchmarking, networking and new perspectives are vital components of the new strategies that will be employed by utilities.
