Kimberly Mitchell (formerly Kimberly King) is the president of InterWeave, a Tampa-based performance management consulting firm that focuses companies on the right behaviors that will create WOW results for your business.  She started in the contact center industry in 1983 as a representative. After progressively advancing in management within various call centers, outsourcers and consulting firms, she founded InterWeave in 2000 on the principles that she had developed and tested over the years.  She has authored several books, speaks at conferences, and publishes numerous articles every year while continuing to drive organizational change by focusing on behavioral based standards and mentoring philosophies.  Her focus is getting results by concentrating on the details of your business and implementing best practices that will create stronger safety results, higher sales, higher customer loyalty, higher employee morale, higher productivity and increased profits.  Her passion is people and mentoring to the behaviors that will strengthen relationships and build healthy cultures of trust and respect.  She is currently completing her master’s thesis work from Gonzaga University  in servant leadership and the implications to organizational health and community.  She is available to speak at company meetings, conducts individual coaching sessions and provides customized training and consulting- all focused to  the goal of getting you results! Some of her utility clients include Arizona Public Service, Progress Energy, Lee County Electric Coop, United Power, Lubbock Power and Light, Midwest Energy, Connexus and many more.
