The 311
Synergy Group is supported by CS Week.
CS Week
is a consortium of educational
events hosted by
CIS
Conference,
Inc.,
a non profit organization dedicated to
provide educational and networking
opportunities for utility and government
professionals.
Mission:
The 311 Synergy Group
provides a professional, unbiased
environment for in-depth and on-going
discussion of current issues and common
interests among current and prospective
311 government call center professionals
and technical support staff.
Objectives:

Educate membership on current issues
related to 311 and one call government
centers

Provide networking access to the
knowledge base of other 311 and one call
government centers members

During the formation year, meet during
CS Week. Plan for 2 meetings per year,
Spring and Fall. Spring meeting will be
during CS Week. Fall meeting will be at
a City sponsored location or via webinar

Create year-round networking
opportunities through web casts, blogs/listservs,
newsletters, face-to-face meetings and
other discussion forums

Create professional development
opportunities that include networking
with other 311 and one call government
centers participants and call center
certifications
Membership:

Open to all government
entities with an interest in 311 and one
call government centers

Steering committee memberships open to
government call center professionals and
technical support staff with 311 and one
call government call centers

Administrative support for the steering
committee provided by CS Week

Partner relationships
with other 311 industry groups can be
created with CSWeek and the 311 Synergy
Group
Leadership:
- The
chairperson of the 311 Synergy Group
will serve on the Planning Committee
member for CS Week
- The
chairperson of the 311 Synergy Group
will be the focal point for planning
presentations for the 311 Track of the
CIS Conference

The Spring 2010 meeting will be
held at CS Week Conference 34 at the Gaylord
Opryland Hotel and Convention Center in Nashville, TN.
