Mission:
The CS Week Call Center Synergy Group
provides a professional, unbiased environment and ongoing
discussion of current and common interests among Utility
Call Center managers and supervisors throughout North
America.
Objectives:

Educate membership on current issues
related to Utility Call Centers

Provide networking access to the
knowledge base of other utility call center members
-
Create year-round networking
opportunities through web-casts, blogs/newsletters,
face-to-face meetings and other discussion forums
-
Create professional development
opportunities that include networking participants.
Members:

Open to all Utility staff with an
interest in Call Centers or Call Center technology
-
Steering Committee membership open to
Call Center managers
-
Administrative support for the
steering committee and the meetings provided by CS
Week.
