CS Week Growing Again to Meet Utility Needs

Rather than settle into a comfortable routine after 36 years, CS Week continues to expand its education and communications outreach through social media and fresh technologies.

The premier educational conference for utility customer service and IT incorporates not only the full scope of meter-to-cash functions at IOUs, municipalities and cooperatives, but the nuances of customer engagement in a Smart Infrastructure world.

The recently launched CS Week e-News consolidates news and communication to utility professionals into an information-packed bi-weekly message that is compact and to the point with links for additional information. As individuals in every industry face a daily onslaught of e-mails, CS Week now provides timely updates, schedules and essential information for the annual utility education conference using just two scheduled e-mails per month.

The CS Week website – www.csweek.org – is completely new and focused on ease of use and rich content. It is fully integrated with CS Week’s social media, particularly Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and LinkedIn. CS Week’s business process Synergy Groups – Call Center, Legacy CIS, 311, Credit & Collections, Billing & Payments, and Canada Day – each have their own LinkedIn groups.

Second Tuesdays @ 2: CS Week Success Stories is a new monthly series of webinars featuring top-rated speakers addressing the hottest topics in customer engagement.

For someone who has never attended CS Week, the live webinars sample the quality and content of the 60-plus Conference workshops.  Managers who attend regularly are using the webinars to gather their employees to listen to a work-related webinar, and then discuss its applicability to their utility.
