 Award Winners
The winning teams
will be recognized in a morning General
Session at CS Week 2010 on Thursday, May 27.
Winners will be required to develop a
presentation on their project for a CS Week Conference
34 workshop on Friday, May 28. The pairing of the two winning utilities in
each category creates four Expanding Excellence Award
workshops and provides an opportunity for other customer
service professionals to learn from the successes and
innovations of their peers.
Winners will be featured in
the summer issue of CS Week Newsline. Both CS
Week and Electric Light & Power will broadcast news
releases on the winners to their databases. |
