Entry Requirements

• Submittals must be limited to no more than two per utility per award.

• Projects completed during calendar year 2009 or 2010 are eligible.

• Submittals must be developed by the utility company. Vendors or consultants may assist in the development of the submittal, but should not be used for follow up contacts.

• Utility companies and/or their subsidiaries that provide services to other utility companies are prohibited from entry.

• Answers to all questions must clearly indicate facts with documented results. Unsubstantiated claims of performance, benefits, service levels and the like will be discounted by the Judging Panel.

• Entries should indicate Executive Sponsor(s).

• Entries should indicate all 3rd party software and consulting firms.

• There are no fees or charges associated with the Expanding Excellence Awards program; however, winners must be present at CS Week 2011 to accept the award in person and to present a brief overview of their project. CS Week will be held May 23-26, 2011 at the Gaylord Palms in Orlando, FL.

• Entry materials can be used by CS Week and will not be returned.
