CS Week and Electric Light & Power announce the 2013
Expanding Excellence Awards, designed to recognize and salute
excellence in customer service. The Expanding Excellence Awards
program honors outstanding contributions and innovations in utility
customer service. Within this program are four distinguished
awards:

BEST MOBILITY IMPLEMENTATION
Awards are presented to one large and one
small utility that have developed an innovative approach
to improving customer service in the meter-to-cash
Customer Experience Lifecycle by applying mobility to
their customer’s needs. [more]
BEST CIS IMPLEMENTATION
Awards are presented to one large and one
small utility for a highly successful CIS project
implemented during 2011-2012. [more]
BEST SMART
INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT
Awards are presented to one large and one
small utility that have successfully completed a pilot or large-scale
implementation during 2011 or 2012 that optimized AMI/MDM or other
related
technologies. [more]
INNOVATION IN CUSTOMER SERVICE
Awards are presented to one large and one
small utility that have developed an innovative approach to
improving customer service in the meter-to-cash Customer Experience
Lifecycle. Innovative approaches may apply to any aspect of the
customer relationship or to the methods to improve existing Legacy Systems
supporting customer service.
