CS Week will recognize and honor the 2012 winners with the announcement of the annual Expanding Excellence Awards winning utilities Wednesday morning, May 2nd, in the General Session in Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX.

 

Three interactive workshops by team members from the winning utilities, one workshop for each award category, will be the focus of strategy-plan-execution workshops with the winning teams during Conference 36:

Best Smart Infrastructure Project

 

Innovation in Customer Service

 

Winners will be featured in the summer issue of CS Week Newsline. Both CS Week and Electric Light & Power will broadcast news releases on the winners.
