John
O. Wambaugh has been involved in the
planning, deployment, operation and maintenance of advanced metering systems for
more than 19 years. Mr. Wambaugh is currently the chief solutions architect at
eMeter Corporation, responsible for the definition, configuration and
integration of MDMS solutions for electric, gas and water utilities. He has led
the implementation of MDMS for five utilities. Mr. Wambaugh was vice president
of services at Cellnet Data Systems, responsible for the development of the
systems, processes and tools used in the installation, maintenance and operation
of more than 10 million advanced meters delivering daily billing quality
information for utilities. Prior to joining Cellnet Data Systems, Mr. Wambaugh
was a lecturer at Stanford University.
