CS Week Conference 32 is now accepting abstracts for the conference to be held May 20-23, 2008 in San Antonio, Texas. This is an unparalleled opportunity to share your knowledge and experience with a respected audience of customer service professionals.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

 

 SUBMISSION DEADLINE – Wednesday, August 22, 2007

 

Tracks will be tied to the Customer Experience Lifecycle or Strategies and Management. You are invited to submit an abstract for presentation in the following topic areas (click on a track for general areas of related interest):

SUBMISSION FORMAT

 

Abstract selection is competitive; please follow the instructions and guidelines outlined below to assure that your submission is considered. Each presentation will run approximately 60 minutes.*

  • Choose the lifecycle component track that best describes your abstract.

  • Provide a descriptive title – no more than 10 words.

  • Write three concise learning objectives for your 60 minute presentation, focusing on what knowledge participant will gain from the presentation. Please keep each learning objective to 15 words or less.

  • Write a clear, 175 word description of your presentation.

  • Provide complete contact information for the person submitting abstract.

  • Provide complete contact information for each speaker and co-speaker(s) if applicable.

  • Please assist us in providing a quality educational experience for conference participants by adhering to our philosophy that all presentations be noncommercial.

*Time allotments for conference sessions and individual presentations will be made during the review and selection process.

 

SELECTION CRITERIA

 

The scope must be relevant to conference attendees, true to the Customer Experience Lifecycle, and supported by outlined learning objectives.

 

Quality
Abstracts will be reviewed for attention to detail, relevance, originality, and innovation.

 

Adherence to Published Submission Guidelines

All abstracts must be submitted online. They will not be accepted in any other format.

 

Note: Abstracts must be received no later than Wednesday, August 22, 2007. Late submissions may not be considered. You will receive an email confirmation that your submission has been received.

 

QUESTIONS TO ASK YOURSELF BEFORE CLICKING THE SUBMIT BUTTON!

  • Does my abstract address “real world” and practical issues?

  • Have I completed all the blanks?

  • If I am a vendor, have I partnered with a client utility company?

  • If chosen, am I willing and able to adhere to the deadline schedule listed below?

The speaker and co-speakers, whose abstract proposals are accepted, will be sent detailed information (including required forms and the presentation schedule) upon confirmation. Each speaker must fully complete and return their individual forms within two weeks of receiving notification their presentation has been accepted. Speaker(s) will be expected to submit a copy of their PowerPoint presentation for review prior to the conference.
